How to Prepare For Cause and Effect Essay Topics
How to Prepare For Cause and Effect Essay TopicsWhile brainstorming for essay topics, the topic that would provide the most opportunity to explore topics of a logical nature is the argumentative essay. This is also known as a cause and effect essay. It is advisable to understand that while all authors use and are effective at using a cause and effect structure, different authors use this structure in slightly different ways. The classic example is The Matrix, a movie by Wachowski Brothers that discusses the different consequences of a different way of thinking. When preparing for the cause and effect essay topics, it is important to remember that the purpose of the essay is to study until the homework is complete so that the author will be able to present the final paper to the teacher. At this point in time, the student must be sure that the student understands the theory and procedure of how to present the essay topics.A common approach for these types of essays is to divide the topi cs into two categories. One category is the effect and the other is the cause. The cause category will contain examples of historical events and perhaps some correlations to current events. To start the essay, the writer will write a list of 'subjects' in their order of importance, such as 'Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts', 'Persons of Opposite Sex' and so on. As the author works through their assignment, they should begin to dissect their list. The first step is to make a list of any overlapping or contradicting content that may appear on the outline, outlines, bullet points or the syllabus.Next, the author must take their list of subjects and list all the events that may relate to any of the subjects listed. Examples of the events may include marriages, divorces, births, deaths, events involving the media, other students or teachers, jobs and employment. The author will then list each event using the correct dates in order to provide the proper cause and effect diagrams for the essay. Th is is only one step in the process, however. After the author has completed the list of events and related causes, they should add the results for each event. The results should include whether or not the events had the effect they were supposed to have on the target person. If the event did not have the desired effect, then the causes must be revised or redone to get the desired effect. If the event did have the desired effect, then the author will need to go back to the previous steps and redo the cause and effect diagram. After the author has completed this step, they can then continue with the next group of subjects, the effects of the events on the targets. The author will again need to study through the list of events in order to determine which events affect which persons. It is a good idea to use a topic chart, which allows the author to list all the subjects in a list format, and uses proper titles, the appropriate date ranges and proper dates for the effects of the events.
